Our Founder Mr. B. P. Choudhary, who has years of
experience and expertise in spice trading, begin as a farmer from small town and was engaged in the farming of spices. His ultimate goal was to provide quality and hygienic spices and therefore he become a manufacturer. As the brand ‘Rochak’ became a house hold name, he started manufacturing Cereals, processed food, Pickles, Snacks and preserved foods.

And therefore he became to start his carrier as broker and after few years he converted his mind into trading of Spices but he never compromises with the quality and lastely he accept the challenge of the manufactures company and converted himelf as a manufacturers. Preserved foods, Papad, Jam, Jelly. Aata, Maida, Sattu and Besan etc. there are also so many products are with the company that can be seen in the products details.

Hind Spectron is a company promoted by the professionals who are in the spice trade for decades. Thorough experience in spice trading prompted the company to manufacture and deliver pure and authentic spices, cereals and other food products to millions of kitchens in India. The company is manufacturing and packing its products under brand name of "ROCHAK" and "ROCHAK 24 CARAT". The word "ROCHAK" means Delicious. With finest products in its pure form and blends, Rochak has found a pride place in the millions of Kitchens in a short span.

The history of Indian spices is probably as old as human civilization itself and dates back to 7000 years and who better than an Indian housewife can understand the importance of spices & its age old technique.

She is one of the Pillars of Rochak success. Inspite of all her busyness in her families activities she used to participate in the discussions of the business and business deal and time to time she passed her views to her husband. Not only that she support and promote her husband Mr. B P Choudhary, our Founder. She is the only personality who help and give him all her mental touch to her husband in the conversation from trading to manufacturing. She always comes out to factory and office premises. She always comes out with new ideas and recipes. As she herself is a housewife and take cares of kitchen perfectly, she knows the spices, whether its general spice or mix spice and their qualities very well. Apart from that, she also helps in quality testing, presentations and recipe to name a few. Apart from all these activities, she also takes care of Interior, exterior and cleanliness of factory and office premises.

She is mainly house wife and Spend the necessary time into her family but though she belong to business family so, her second interest is to take part in the discussions, to share the problems of the workers mainly Ladies worker and staff. She personally discussed the problems of our factory workers and not only that she also want to share her time with them.

Her earlier (before marriage) life was also passed with business family so she have easily convert her mind in the field of business. Her ideal is her grand mother (in current age she use to share the problems with their family). It is her inspiration and support to her husband, our Managing Authority, Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary in the area of current technology and development and a hard labour of our Managing Authority with full support of every people of his family. The Award which has been given to us in the field of QUALITY.

With the blessing and inspiration of his father Mr. B.P.Choudhary, he started introducing latest technology, Infrastructure and guidelines to improve the company productivity and goodwill. He even goes abroad to find latest technology, Plants & machinery for further expansion.

Manufacturing has been a traditional secret, transferred from a generation to another generation. It is a golden moment for us to represent our NATION aboard.. We have convey our views about the production of Spices, production capacity of Nation, Production Purety of our Nation.

He has lots of experience about the accounts. His first choice is account and a tight hold in the field of accounts and  he personnely  engage  himself with the company  account but in very short period because almost  he use to spend his time to the development of our production.  He believes to work in planning ways.  He also share with the factory workers in any type of work / job.

He is very loving and cool mind personality and this is the reason that he is very much popular in Government department (Sector).

He also belong to the same family and accordingly he has also good and healthy Knowledge  in the field of  Spices and  thereafter he  turn his mind in the field  of  purchasing.  From  very childhood he is very choosy.  He always beleives into fresh, natural and purety.  This is the main factor that he take charge of Purchasing Department and the result can be seen that we have been awarded for quality products. Time to time he use to discuss about the packaging material, pouches etc.  He want to run with current and comptetion market and it can be seen that we are in market with current, develop, new & fresh look. He has a ability to read, to understand the demand of  users (Consumer).

This personality is our General Manger (Factory). We have not remembered that how long he has with us. He love to pass his time in our factory Laboratory. He is too much interested to develop and research for better quality & He do not want to compromise with the quality.
